Root Can't connect to school's secure wifi

I cannot connect to my college's secure network. After I enter the credentials it just keeps switching to connecting, disconnecting, connecting, disconnecting........It connects fine to my school's unsecured wifi and my home network. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks.

PS. I am running the Bi-Winning v3.0 rom and this does not seem to be an issue when I use other roms.

I have had the same thing sometimes with my router. I usually fix that by restarting the router or the phone. But now lately my phone won't even connect to my router when I have something uploading. I think it is probably out of your hands unless you can get them to restart the AP you're connecting to.
