Help Can't connect to the Internet ..Mobile data

Hi since I've installed Samsung photo transfer my mobile will no longer connect to the Internet via mobile data. .Also the g symbol it h signal no longer shows at the top of the phone. Really stuck on what to try as I've tried a few obvious things

No mobile data, plus associated symbols not showing, an obvious thing to check is the APN details for your carrier are still present and correct.
