my htc desire hd can't connect to wifi , can't turn on bluetooth , and can't adjust the volume button . what should i do sir ?

yes i did . i did it fr many times and still same situation

Rooted? Stock ROM or 3rd party? If the latter contact the developer.

But more details "may" help us help you .... did it work previously? If so, did anything happen to the phone before it stopped working ...?
