Help Can't connecy my TB to my computer???

Anyone know why I can't connect my TB to my computer? I've plugged the plug into all 3 USB ports, and my computer will not recognize my TB. It's been doing this for months. I've tried Googling it and haven't been able to find anything.

I have 64 bit Windows 7.

I am having the same issue. I used to plug it in and have it ask what I wanted to do: Charge only or access files. Now nothing works. The computer recognizes the phone is there but can't access anything until the phone lets it but the phone is clueless that it is plugged into anything but a charger.
