Can't copy/paste from clipboard

My Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016 version) just had a software update. I can no longer copy/paste from the clipboard into a gmail email. I can still copy/paste into the subject line of the email for some reason. When I do the long click, the only option that pops up is "format".

I also have a Samsung phone, and I can still copy/paste as normal.

wipe cache and data on your email app. you will have to log back in, but hopefully that should fix your issue......its most likely just a glitch and clearing out the cache and data should help.
