cant create folders? ICS

when i go to view all of my applications, i can no longer move the apps around, or make folders to organize them...i used to be able to do this with the touchwiz interface and it was really nice to not have mass clutter. but i can no longer move or even create folders in there...any help? i hit the settings button and it just allows me to manage apps which does nothing and system settings

Sounds like you've switched to the plain ICS Launcher? I think the TW Launcher still lets you Edit the app drawer, so you could switch back to that if you want. But the ICS Launcher (and some of the variants like Apex) have done away with that.

I believe the intention is that you create Folders on your homescreens and manage the apps that way. It confused me at first too, but now feels very natural and is IMHO a much better way to manage and access apps. I have a folder for my Favorites (my top 20 apps) on the primary homescreen and then Folders for Music, Games, Utilities, etc, on a secondary homescreen.
