Can't Decide Which Android Phone To Get! HELP! :)

Hi! I am new to this site - so not sure if this thread is in the right place...

I just traded in my iPhone 3g for an HTC Evo. I love love love Android, but have LOTS to learn.

I have had my Evo 4G about a week, and love it, BUT I have the option of switching my phone to an Evo 3D OR and Samsung Galaxy S2. I need help deciding!

My ONLY complaints about the Evo 4G is battery life, and camera... my husband's S2 seems to have a longer battery life as well as a better camera (even though they are both 8mp).

Thoughts?? Thanks! :)

It depends on what you're looking for. The S2 is widely regarded as the best phone on the market at the moment (speed, battery life etc), but the Evo has 3D which is obviously a pretty cool feature too. What do you think you'd be happier with?

I'd probably go for the Evo myself. Whilst the SGS2 is a monster, the Evo is no slouch and I much prefer the UI on HTC's phones.

Can you wait at all? The Galaxy Nexus is just around the corner.
 
Thanks for your response! The 3D doesn't thrill me. I am looking for the best camera, and longest battery life... I have 5 days to decide, then I am stuck 2 years before I can upgrade... HAHA! My Evo seems more sturdy and less glitchy than my hubby's SG2... but I want the best... :)
 
If you want best camera and battery life, then go for the SGS2. The hardware is better, but you can customise the software all you like.

It's an excellent phone now, and it will still be a decent phone in 2 years time when your contract is up. My mum has one and she says she can't see herself ever wanting another phone :p.
