Can't delete Artisto App

I uninstalled the Artisto App or so I thought. The App does not show in my Apps list. The problem is that when I'm in facebook and go to upload a photo, the app is there-not a picture of the App, but the actual App itself. How do I get rid of this? I never had this problem before.

I've never heard of this app, but is it one you installed yourself or one that came with the device? If the latter you won't be able to uninstall it, but should disable it instead.

If the former, you can confirm that if you go to Settings > Apps > All the app isn't there? That's the real test, rather than a homescreen or even the app drawer.

And to confirm one more thing: how did you uninstall it? That may sound like a stupid question but it's best to be sure, to avoid any possible misunderstandings.

Its in the play store, so its 1 of 2 things,
You did not properly uninstall it, or it installed as a system app, which would now be only removed by rooting your phone.

I deleated the picture I made with the App and now i'ts gone. Thank you guys for your input.
