It is a Samsung Galaxy Note 2, running Android 4.3.
I don't have an SD card in the phone and have some documents, small videos, and some music saved on the phone's memory; it is getting full up so I transferred it all to my PC, however one folder would not move as it pops up with a message saying 'Write Protection needs to be removed', I cannot move the location via the phone itself or through the PC, nor can I delete it through the phone or PC, it is one folder with an empty folder within it but says that it is 25.6MB. I am in dire need of help and cannot simply format it since it is saved on the phone's internal memory.
Thanks in advance
