Help Can't delete or dismiss a phantom alarm

I'm not sure what's going on here. About a week ago I was trying something with the svoice app and said something like:

"Set an alarm (or was it reminder?) every weekday every two hours from 10am to 6pm"

I'm not sure exactly what, it didn't seem like it understood or did anything. I tried a couple different phrases, I'm trying to figure out how to use the svoice stuff better.

Anyway, it did launch the calendar app with an event once, but there were no reminders or repeats set on it and I was like 'the hell with it' and cancelled adding the event.

Problem is, now every few hours my phone is playing an mp3 ringtone. I just tried deleting that file, and it probably won't happen again for awhile, but I have the feeling it will just revert to a different ringtone.

When it plays, there is no notification to dismiss or stop the alarm. When I look in the list of running apps, there's nothing there that could cause it. I've tried a soft reset, but that didn't help. I cannot find anything in any app that looks like an alarm.

I'm seriously going crazy here. I don't want to have to do a total factory reset, but that almost seems like the only thing that I can do.

Anyone have any ideas where to start looking to fix this?
 
I used a widget to set an alarm and then deleted the crappy widget and couldn't figure this out either but finally I did.

Go into your app folder and click on the clock. The panel at the top slides and alarm is on the left next to stop watch and world clock
 
That was one of the first places I checked. There are no alarms set in that application. I'm pretty sure those actually show something when they go off, too. I also have an app called Alarm Clock Plus that does play a prodigy song in the morning, but it's a different song and there are no alarms set there for this one, either.
 
I hadn't but I just did. The last one was exactly at noon, it's been four hours now. Maybe it's gone because I deleted the mp3?
 
I have been getting an alarm at 8:30 am every day. It's the standard alarm, but is nowhere to be found to disable. I believe I set it accidentally with S-voice.

S-voice was able to find and delete 2 alarms initially, but now can't find any. I cleared S-voice data and cache, clock data and cache, looked at any other app that could have anything alarm related, calendars, etc. Help!!! Phone is not rooted.
