Can't delete zero byte files

I have a android tablet and I have a couple of zero byte files that won't let me delete, rename etc them.

The files are like such

Abcd_.mp4. 1969-12-31 7:00

I've tried many file mgrs but it's all the same result, also tried through my Windows laptop with no success.

Any suggestions , besides formatting the tablet?

If you search December 31, 1969 (or1969-12-31) there's a whole bunch of stuff on that date. Seems to have something to do with Unix. It's really odd since there is so much information on it.

Also, if you can't delete or rename it, can you change the date?

31 December 1969 was the UNIX Epoch, aka launch. That's why it is the default date and time on a UNIX/Linux-based OS. Similar is the IBM date of 1 January 1980 on the IBM PC 5150, being its launch.
