Help Can't dictate to email

When i dictate to sms, it works fine. But when I dictate to email it freezes.
Anyone had this problem, or knows how to resolve this?

No problem here with gmail or anything else. The microphone button on the keyboard has never failed me.

I dont see that microsphone button neither in SMS nor in emails, where is it?

I have enabled it in options

If you are using the stock keyboard it should be right their

I am using the stock keyboard but my keyboard looks different than yours

Make sure in the Samsung keyboard you select voice input

Ok I finally figured it out, mine is totally different than yours I am running stock 4.0.4 by Samsung

My Voice keyboard wasn't in the virtual keyboard layout like you, I had to swip the top left small keyboard Icon and change the input method to Google Voice

Long press the settings button to the left of the space bar. 3 different options will appear just move your finger up to the microphone and release your finger. Now that button will be the voice icon instead of settings icon.

Ahh thanks! that worked as well! I wonder why I don't have the icon on the keyboard like he does though
