Hey guys, I'm trying to disable my lockscreen so that I can use the Go Lockscreen, but the "none" option in the settings menu is disabled so that I can't turn it off. How do I make the option active again? I'm currently using the pattern lock if that makes a difference.
Are you using a vpn as these need you to have some sort of secure lockscreen. I haven't used go locker but I'd have thought there would be an option in the app settings to override the stock lockscreen.
If you are using a corporate email account, they sometimes require you to have a lock screen. The only way to disable the lock screen would be to delete your corporate email account, install Go Lockscreen and reinstall your corporate email.
