Help Can't disable vibrate on touch or autocorrect?

I literally had just unpackaged my phone, set it up, went into settings and disabled the vibrate on touch setting under settings -> sound -> system, and I also disabled the spell checker under settings -> Language and input, however I'm still getting both when running applications.

Press the gear next to the keyboard you're using. Under Keytap feedback, disable sound and vibration.
