What kind of phone?

Are you looking at the app on a web browser on your computer, or in the market on your phone?

The easiest way is to open up market on your phone, search for three stooges soundboard, and then hit the install button there.

Welcome to the Android Forums!

First off what brand/model Android device do you have? The link you provided went to the phandroid app review site. I don't believe they host a link to the actual app.
