Can't download APK.

Hi!

The last couple of days I have been trying to download the APK from an app called "Get TV" from this link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tvc.get&hl=en .

I've been trying to use Google Chrome extension, but it tells me that my rooted android-version is too old. I have also tried to use other websites to do the same, without any luck.
My problem is that I don't want to change my android-version, because I'm just going to use the app virtually through my Bluestack-software (virtual Android for computer). And this is why I really need this APK-version, so I can manually install it on the Bluestack software.

Does anyone have any idea of how I could get this APK without having the right Android version?

I'd help you out by installing and exporting to apk, but the playstore link informs me that "this item isn't available in your country" (usa)
 
Thank you so much for trying at least! :) I guess this is restricted to people living in Norway, and that's why it doesn't work for you. I will try setting up Google play on my Bluestacks again. I've been having some problems with my Mac-version, and haven't been able to verify Google play yet.

I'm still afraid Google play will think I have the wrong Android-version though.
