Help can't download apps

Okay so i have been flip flopping about rather or not to keep
my cappy or not(oh they got me sayin it)

i love super amoled and i am in love with the screen size and the music player.


I have made complaints about my signal issues. My signal is at -111dbm

and my roommate with a torch is somewhere in the -70 or 80

i have gotten used to barely having a signal.
Im used to it so i am no longer annoyed.


I am however trying to figure out why on earth can't i download any apps.


Doesn't matter which i just can't download apps. It says download unsuccessful.


This is the second time thus happened. I did a factory reset and it fixed it but now its doing again a week and a half later.


This time when i try to reset it says system clear not available or something. Idk what to do.

Im positive Im returning it. Everybody says get another but i may get an iphone. I say it but i haven't just because i am so used to android.


But i want to see why it's not working.

Im connected to wi fi and it fails.


Sometimes i am on 3g and it fails.

Goto settings...application....manage application....Click menu.....filter......choose all...goto download manager app.....clear cache.

but nothing happened
