Help Can't download apps!

when I try signing in, the screen that pops up the login info isn't mine, and there is no option to change the email account, so aggravated. is there any way to do something about this?
 
If you go to menu-settings-accounts & sync- is your gmail account listed there? If not try adding it then access the market. Once the market opens tap menu-accounts and see if your account is listed there.
