Can't download larger files

Hello I'm using BitTorrent/uTorrent on Android and I've a problem downloading movies. i can download smaller files like episodes of Tv series like files of 150 mbs but if i want to download movies from yts or yify which are normally sized from 650 to 1000 mbs i can't download them .What happens is the file starts to download but it stops automatically when the file is done like 1 or 2 % .
P.s I've a lot of space on my phone
What do i do ? Any solutions

Most likely your isp is limiting you, and since it's a torrent file they tracking you.
And since it's a torrent it's pirating

Not quite. There are many legitimate uses for torrents. Some use it to steal, but most uses are legit. Torrents are like highways and do their best to allow traffic to flow quickly and freely. Just because bank robbers use the highways don't make the highways illegal.

Don't ISP's track torrents, do they actually look at the file which is downloading?
Legal file or not?
