Can't "download" MP3

Hi all,
Not sure how long it has been, but lately when I long press on a link to download an MP3 I do not have the "save target as" option. If I click on the download link it opens the MP3 in a new window and plays it. I do not want another app to manage MP3s or another browser, I just want to be able to save it to listen to while a I am driving. This specifically happens on the survival pod cast site. I am using a Galaxy S4 and google chrome. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Seems to be working for me with Android Chrome current version, hold down > save as. Maybe it's acting funky. Try going into Settings > Applications > Chrome > Clear data, that should bring it back to defaults.

thanks, it works. Long press then "save link" and it downloads, you rock.
