Bought LG G4 about five months ago and need to download photos but when I try it say's no photos found. I downloaded all the latest drivers but still can't download. Searched this forum but found no help. My old LG G2 had no problems. I'm connected to PC with USB cable and running Win 7. Anybody else have this problem?

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
Transfer photos from phone to pc or pc to phone?
When you connect to pc do you get a pop up?

are you looking in your dcim folder? do you have an sd card? or are your photos stored internally.
Try looking in Google Photos. I don't think Alphabet killed that yet.
