Help Can't fill in Google Forms

Hello,
Since yesterday I am unable to enter information into Google forms fields for some forms. It seems that it's a problem with forms that have Email Address as the first field although I can't be sure that this is entirely the issue. However, I was able to fill in the details on both these forms from a PC. Any ideas. The email field seems missing and the other fields in the form seem greyed out.

Is this happening only from an Android phone? I'm having the same problem. I can see the form, but can't fill anything in. Works just fine on a computer or an Apple phone.

Yes same. Its fine on a PC. I can check Apple at home but I've only seen it on an Android phone.

Someone else was reporting very similar issues with Google Forms on Android devices, and apparently it only started happening two days ago. https://androidforums.com/threads/android-phones-having-trouble-with-google-forms.1335155/

I'd think Google Forms should have no problems with Android, seen as Google makes Android. Are you using Google Chrome or some third-party browser on your Android phone? But it sounds like something that Google needs to fix ASAP server side, in the cloud. Might be worth users trying to contact Google about this problem?

The same issue is happening at my workplace. Staff with Samsung phones cannot fill in the health screening form anymore, whether directly through the link or through a browser. I've tried through the Chrome browser and no luck. I also cannot view responses to screen the families entering my centre.

Is this using Google forms? Or is this using the browser on a website?

Both directly opening Google forms and copying the link into Chrome. I cannot edit, respond or see responses just can't interact with the forms at all except to open the link.
