Can't find a certain app

[Nintendo1889]

I remember hearing about this app that would give you ideas about what to do on a rainy day, and would suggest something unique that you would normally not think of. I know there's one called urbandaddy but its only shows you restaurants and bars nearby (and only shows you stuff that co$t$ money).

I seem to think it was a google app, but apparently it isn't after looking at apps by google inc in the appstore (or its blocked by my phone type or provider).

Does anyone know the name of the app?

Please move to the right forum if I'm posting my question in the wrong one.

It turns out it's called Google Schemer.

I ended up finding it on the market.android.com. Why doesn't the Play Store App show all apps from Google Inc?
