Help can't find a downloaded app?

downloaded an app. looked under the little circle on the home screen. not there.

also, where is the phone search, similar to the iphone..??

What application? Try long pressing a clear space on your screen and see if it brings it up.

OK, press the little magnifying glass on the lower right corner then in upper right corner of the google screen press the "G" key and then you'll see a choice search "All, Web, or Apps" you choose Apps and then type the name of the app you just downloaded.
