Can't find folders

I upgraded to version 4 on Droid Razr Maxx and now I can't find folders. I want to clean my screens up and used to be able to hold finger down on home screen and I could do folders or widgets from there. Now I can't find out how to do folders. Need help please...:)

On home screen press and hold an app icon and then shove it over an other app icon ... and voila you have a folder :)

I cannot create folders from the explorer app why 'it says saved butz where is it putting them and how do I set the default to the external sd card on my andriod tablet

With a file manager like ES File Explorer you can create folders on that place where you are actually on the SD card or your external storage :)

So I think, its would be the same with your explorer.
