Can't find HTTPD settings

I was following this thread here to remove throttling: http://androidforums.com/sprint/744016-guide-how-bypass-sprint-proxies.html

I changed all the settings in the guide, but I can't find where my HTTPD settings are at.


I have an LG Optimus F3 with virgin mobile

I'm having the same problem. I have busybox installed and I know it's in system/xbin but I don't know how to get to the setting.

I also have an lg g3
