Can't find installed app on phone

Hi,

I am running Lineage OS 9 on my Galaxy S4.

On installing the app Live Transcribe (a Google app) the app is showing as installed in Google Play app, but I can't see find it on my phone.

How can I troubleshoot this?

Thanks

Go back to the Play App store, and open it from there to see if it opens and or if installed

I just installed and it shows up in my apps.

Thanks for effort.

I can see it's installed in the app store, I can see the option to uninstall, but I can't see an option to open the app from the app store.

It is also under App info in settings. So it looks like no "launcher" (not sure the right term) has been created to start the app.

Usually that means it incompatible with your device. Send the Dev an email and give him/her your exact phone details and info.

Most likely not, but you can post in the Google forum and maybe someone est will reply that had the same issue.

You will find it in the accessibility option inside settings.
I'm not sure about that. I downloaded it and was able to launch it from my app drawer. There is an email listed in the support tab in there play store. I actually Google does a pretty good job at customer service. Send them an email.
