Root Cant flash DROID Incredible back to stock

Hey guys.

So my mother has taken a fairly and suddenly high interest in my old DROID Incredible, but it is not on stock 2.3 and I need to flash it back to stock.

However the PB31IMG method doesnt work and the RUU version (computer) I cant find a download link to. Ive unlocked the bootloader via HTCDev, but it is now relocked. It is on the new hboot.

Any ideas? Any help is much appreciated.

Or just install a stock ROM:
