Root Can't flash Factory Image

HELP!!!
I was trying to flash a nexus 4 to stock firmware, I got stuck in step 10, cannot flash the radio, no matter how many times I tried , I skipped to the next step , flash the system image, with no success either, says: cannot load "file": no error
I don't understand I flashed bootloader easily. any help will be much appreciated.
 
Any chance you could provide a screenshot of what you're seeing in the terminal/command prompt?
