what are you trying to do? what is the state of your device? can you define "stuck"? bootloop? does not turn on?

just remember that the more info you give us, the better we can help.

Whenever i try to flash TWRP on SM-G930FD via odin, I get
<ID:0/007> Added!!
<ID:0/007> Odin engine v(ID:3.1401)..
<ID:0/007> File analysis..
<ID:0/007> Total Binary size: 46 M
<ID:0/007> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/007> Initialzation..
<ID:0/007> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/007> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
<ID:0/007> Removed!!

The last 3 lines are always there, it gets in SOFTBRICK after it, I have to fix the softbrick then it goes normal it switches on, but after updating ODIN, SAMSUNG DRIVERS, ADB, the result is still the same.
The file which I am downloading from TWRP is twrp-3.7.0_9-0-herolte.img.tar

sometimes the ODIN LOG differs.

With different results in different Odin logs there is a common aspect:
<ID:0/007> Complete(Write) operation failed.
Given all the variables you're tried (Odin versions, Samsung driver update, working via ADB instead) that reoccurring error message indicates that phone's internal storage chip might be failing. If so, that's a hardware matter that typically involves replacing the entire logic board.

And as a side note, it's not a good idea to just randomly try flashing different ROMs (you initially indicate using SM-G930F firmware and later using SM-G930FD firmware) ROMs are typically model specific and not interchangeable.
