Help Can't get 3G, only getting EDGE

Hi, I'm trying to get a 3G connection on my Galaxy Mini and have been unsuccessful so far. Despite being in a 3G area. I've contacted my carrier about this and still getting no where. Yes, I have Data Packet enabled, and No, I do not have Use only 2G Networks enabled. I also have the correct APN settings. I entered the *#*#4636#*#* and the network type says, GSM/CDMA auto (PRL). When I set it to WCDMA Only(3G), I get no signal. I have flashed the phone twice, no answer and factory reset. Any suggestions? Thanks a million.

I'm having the same issue. Any luck with that??
