Hey all, so I've had my Samsung Galaxy for all of 2 hours and have been left with a problem. I went to settings > sound settings > phone ringtone and was just browsing through all of the different tones when suddenly my sound cut out. Now I have absolutely no sound at all unless I'm in a call with someone then I can hear their voice.
So yeah, I can't hear a ringtone, any dialtone settings, music, speakerphone, nothing.. I'm not on silent mode, all the volume settings are maxed out and I've tried a full factory reset, any ideas? Surely the speakers can't be broken as its brand new.
Also I've just put headphones in and all sound works perfectly, further evidence for shoddy speakers?
