cant get email anymore!

I can no longer get my email on my LGe430. I get "autentication failed" all the time!
Im with BT & they told me yesterday I had to change my password which Ive done on all my devices ( PC , ipad & my LG) but the phone wont accept this new password it seems? Any ideas?

This issue is usually caused by incorrect settings for your outgoing mail server. Most ISPs provide the correct settings somewhere in their online help section? Is your internet provider BT Internet?
