I have tried installing new up dates it will not let me and every time I click on to something like a movie in show box it kicks me back out to the main menu what do I do ?

What phone do you have?
What carrier/model number?

Need more information on specific issues or apps you are having trouble with ?

Also, need to know what trouble shooting steps you have attempted?
