Root Can't Get Past Splash Screen

I tried earlier the MMS fix for Sense 4.0 roms using the adb commands (I assume the problem is stemming from there) and now I can't get any rom to boot. Already wiped data, cache and formatted system and boot. I'm lost.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Flash the boot.img that you used when rooting your phone. Use CMD. follow the directions on the root guide. It's easy. That will fix all boot loops
