SO i have a ZTE Zmax that i can not use because when i try to go through the setup wizard, after being asked to install an update, a message pops up saying "Unfortunately, setup wizard has stopped." When i click OK, i get nothing but a blank screen. I've tried hard resetting by pressing the power button and top volume button a number of times 
IS there any way i can bypass the setup wizard, or possibly rewrite the software on this phone and make it as it was in the factory?
Since i can't get into the phone and find out what version of android it's running, the best i can do is pics of what happens..
