Help Can't get "replied marks" on email

Hi, it has been suggested that I post this question in this forum....

Is there a way to get replied marks/arrows displayed on the android email client and sync across to all my other email devices such as Mac Mail and MS Outlook etc. The iPhone seemed to handle it and I'm sure there must be a way of getting it set up on Android... is there? I'm using IMAP.
