Help can't get rid of app text anymore?

I remember playing with my phone one day and I was able to get rid of the text under the app icons on the home screens. Now I can't remember where that option is on the phone. This was months ago and I have no idea how I found it before. Can anybody help me?

That's a function of the launcher being used, mikes1. I don't think the stock launcher in the S3 has that in the menu. Most 3rd party launchers do, along with hiding the notification bar and a few other things the stock TouchWiz doesn't have.

Exactly what Frisco said:)
Or if you are rooted and somehow changed that with a mod of some sort, but I think you have a launcher that allows that.
Do you know what launcher you are running?

No I didn't have a launcher and I don't root. I guess this is something that got taken away in the jelly bean update. It was a very clear option in the settings to just get rid of app text labels. Now it's gone
