Root Can't get root back.

Hello fellow dxers.
I recently rooted my x for the first time using the new one click for the D3 and I flashed apex which was nice but I was testing the ropes so I flashed back to stock using the. 602 sbf but now I can no longer use the one click, when I do it reboots my phone into the bootloader and nothing happens after, it says rebooting but nothing is going on as I m just sitting in the bootloader. Any thoughts on how to get root back using this method?

another method which is just the same, it takes time but will get you root, is you can sbf back to froyo using the 2.3.340 full system sbf file
then root it, and install the prerooted .602 ota

their have been reports of the sbf preventing root, dont understand it, but hopefully a resolution can be found soon

Did you remember to put the phones usb mode into charge only?

Yes, everything was done to the letter including charge only mode, im going to flash back to. 340 and go from there. I was hoping to avoid that but it seems it can't be avoided.
