Help Can't get the APN to work on 3 mobile UK

Got a t mobile of ebay. I now have it working with '3' UK .
I'm able to use it as normal i.e. market, wifi, 3G, calls and messages etc.

got it unlocked through .unlock-tmobileg1.

paid through pay pal

got code in 20mins

was the error message

did what it said.

then went to 'network operaters' clicked '3'

then set up wifi signed into google account. through market

note i haven't set up the APN yet

don't know if there was some kind of conflict in the APN settings before???

that stopped me getting into my google account

[for APN i used]

settings>wireless controls>mobile networks>access point names (APN)

name: 3
APN: three.co.uk
MCC: 234
MNC: 20


everything else <not set>

works as normal now
