cant get updated software

Hi,

Im really looking for some help please?
About 8 months ago I rooted my phone and got the latest software update.

Since then I only have the option to update the software to 2.29.405.5

this has been the same for months!

I am now reading that people are getting newer updates.

Can anyone advise me on how to get the newest updates??? its driving me crazy!!

Unroot. You can't ota on rooted.

Or flash a rooted stock version of the latest Froyo. Not sure what you expect the update to bring you though
