Can't hear caller and the caller can't hear me unless I turn speaker on !

I cant hear caller and the caller cant hear me unless I turn the speaker on , it's a G Zone Commando

If your phone is still under warranty, take it to Verizon for a replacement. Sounds like something is wrong internally.
