Help Cant hear me.

I have a LG Escape 2 for almost a month. When calling or receiving calls they can't hear me. Also is not on mute. Why? Is there something wrong with the phone or where can I go to get fixed.

I would start with a factory reset and see if that fixes it.

Use an app that tests your phone. I had to download one and test my wife's phone and verified the mouthpiece was broken. I would try that first
