Help Can't hear my phone

For some reason my sound is really low and I can't hear it when someone calls me or when I get notifications and I have everything on as loud as it can go. Also.......when I'm on the phone and someone texts me that ringtone of the text comes through........is there a way I can stop it while I'm on the phone?

All of those issues are controlled under the settings menu. Notifications volume and settings are separate from call volume settings.

Yeah I have looked at those settings and they are as high as they can go

Are you using a headset when you're having volume issues? Thats a different volume setting as well.

No headset.............just regular phone
