Help Can't hear phone calls unless on Loudspeaker with 2.1

Hey guys

I've done alot of reading on these forums, I have lost all sound from my internal speaker, I can't hear when I dial calls or receive calls unless I put my Legend on speaker phone..

I haven't updated my handset or messed with any settings... It just randomly occured.

I have done a Factory Settings Reset, pulled battery, restarted like 30 times and still no go...

Any advice?

Have you had any luck with this? My 3 week old HTC Desire is having the same problem. It was all well last night and this morning the front speaker isn't working. I can get the sound on the loud speaker ok. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, got the exact same problem with my phone, had it for almost 2 years, and now the phones internal loudspeaker sound dissapears and reappears completely randomly. I have formatted the SD-card, running latest update (android 2.2), factory restored. Nothing affected this problem.
