Help Can't hear the ringer??

I Love my new DNA. But I've missed several calls today because I can't hear it ringing. I have everything turned up. I don't get it. I went into settings and made sure the volume was on high. Any ideas? I'm not used to HTC yet I know (had a Droid Charge).
I don't want to give it up.

in settings, make sure sound profile is set to normal. if you still don't hear it, try changing the ringtone. keep us posted with your results.

Well I turned in my DNA today. They charged a restocking fee and ten more for the sim and phone book. I just couldn't go on not hearing he ringer. Course it worked good in the store. I don't know. I saw that the Note 2 was on sale for 199 and was going to trade it in for that. But by the time I got there, it was back to the old price. Shame too cause fox fi works so good with it. They treated me like I was lying about it too. Like I was a criminal for turning it in. I'm not used to that kind of treatment from VZW. Really have had good luck up til now. So I'm back to the Charge. I'm just going to wait now. I used the upgrade but didn't get the phone. Hope they let me get another down the line.
