Help Can't i record internal sound without root?

Hey everyone. I'm a Youtuber and i decided to record mobile games. I'm using Galaxy S7.

But Android doesn't supports internal sound recording. Isn't there an option or solution without rooting my phone?

(I don't whant to use the mic of the phone.)

I use an app called ilos (but it might be specifically for lollipop. It requires no root. There are other apps as well, like az screen recorder. I was just using ilos yesterday to capture a Webcam stream in my phone. Both apps record the screen with sound.
