Help Can't import bookmarks to dolphin!

I've been using the stock browser since I got the phone. Decided to try Dolphin again. When I go into the settings under the dolphin browser and click on import bookmarks from stock browser, it just comes up as 0 installed. I have never had this problem with dolphin on any other device. I have a bunch of bookmarks on my stock browser. Can anyone help me out here?

So no one else is having this issue? It's not just with dolphin browser either. I've tried a couple others and my bookmarks from my stock internet browser won't transfer to any of the browsers I've tried. Is there something I'm missing?
