Help cant import contacts from sim

just got a s5. i was trying to import my contacts from my sim card.

in contact settings. import from sim card is not an option.

what do i need to do ?

Do you have a Google account? If so, you can sign in and sync from it.

This where the problem is. import from SIM is there, but its not an option.

This usually means that there are no contacts on the SIM for it to import, if there are contacts on the SIM for some reason the phone is not reading them. Phil

Can you select "Settings", "Contacts", "Contacts to display", select "SIM card", and check your contacts on your main screen to see if any are displayed. Phil
