can't install anti virus following crash

My phone crashed last night and it rebooted with much missing. I've been able to restore most contacts but lost all texts. The storage is suddenly full too.

I've tried to install a virus sweeper but it won't go through. Yet I can download other apps! Various other apps are missing

Sounds like a system error, with junk apps/files or log data filling up your internal memory. Try a factory reset and see first.
